What when HubbyBaby's doctor, a Vascular Surgeon, comes down & says, "Sorry, I know you are starving since midnight, but I can't take you up until about 8 p.m. The Neurosurgeons have 3 cases lined up."
& Before the doc even finishes his sentence, HubbyBaby just gives me that look, & I know it's my Consultant battling it out there - saving a life.
I just turn around & say to the husband, "Naa, you are alright. You can definitely wait." 😳😐
